His Philosophy

The Best Results Still Feel Like You.

Dr. Weston Wall is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon whose approach is grounded in precision, anatomy, and respect for what makes each patient unique.

Whether treating a skin condition, removing skin cancer, reconstructing a surgical defect, or rejuvenating an aging face, his philosophy remains deeply individualized: preserve what is healthy, restore what has been lost, and intervene where it will make the most impact.

He does not believe in treatment for treatment's sake or transformation into something unfamiliar. Instead, he considers the whole patient — their skin, anatomy, concerns, and goals — to create outcomes that feel natural, balanced, and distinctly their own.

The Face
A Surgeon's Understanding Of The Face

Anatomy First.

Long before facial rejuvenation became a growing part of his practice, Dr. Wall's career centered around the anatomy of the face. His research included detailed anatomical study of the facial arterial system — resulting in award-winning research and peer-reviewed publications in Dermatologic Surgery.

He has since performed more than 10,000 skin cancer surgeries and facial reconstructions, including some of the most anatomically complex and cosmetically sensitive areas of the face.

He doesn't look at skin, structure, scar, volume, or aging independently — he considers how each element relates to the others, and how today's intervention affects the face years from now.

From Reconstruction To Rejuvenation

A Natural Extension.

Mohs surgery presents a unique challenge: remove a cancer completely, preserve as much healthy tissue as possible, then reconstruct what remains — restoring both function and appearance. Over thousands of procedures, this developed his appreciation for:

Restraint + proportion
Tissue movement + scar placement
Preservation of natural anatomy

Those same principles now guide his approach to upper blepharoplasty, facial and neck rejuvenation, laser resurfacing, and other surgical and non-surgical treatments.

His goal is not to make patients look different — it's to help them look healthier, more rested, and more like themselves.

Skin First
Skin Health First

Not “What Treatment Can We Do?” — “What's Actually Creating The Concern?”

As a dermatologist, Dr. Wall brings a unique perspective to facial rejuvenation: the quality and health of the skin itself matter. A technically excellent procedure cannot replace healthy skin — and healthy skin alone cannot always correct structural aging. The best outcomes often come from understanding when to treat the skin and when to address underlying anatomy.

Sometimes the answer is surgery. Sometimes it's laser resurfacing, injectables, medical dermatology — or a thoughtful combination over time.

Precision
Incisions Thoughtfully Placed

Excellent surgery should solve a problem without creating a new one.

Preservation
Healthy Tissue Kept Whenever Possible

Every treatment should have a clear purpose.

Respect For Anatomy
Never More Noticeable Than The Person

A result appropriate to the patient, their anatomy, and their stage in life.

St. Pete
Built In St. Petersburg

He Came Home To Build This.

For Dr. Wall, Wall Dermatology is deeply personal.

He was born and raised in St. Petersburg and ultimately returned home to build the kind of dermatology practice he wanted his own family to have access to: independent, relationship-driven, highly skilled, and grounded in doing what is right for the patient.

Rather than building around a single procedure, he envisioned a practice where patients receive thoughtful care throughout the evolution of their skin — from prevention and medical dermatology to skin cancer surgery, reconstruction, skin restoration, and facial rejuvenation.

That vision continues to shape what Wall Dermatology is becoming.

Standard
A Different Standard Of Care

Expertise Without Ego. Recommendations Without Pressure.

Dr. Wall is known for taking the time to explain what he sees, what he would recommend — and just as importantly, what he would not recommend. Newer is not automatically better. More treatment is not necessarily better treatment. The right plan begins with the individual sitting in front of him.

A comprehensive understanding of the skin and face, paired with a deeply personal approach to care.

Family
Locally Rooted

Husband. Father. Lifelong St. Pete Local.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Wall is a husband, father, and lifelong St. Petersburg local. He and his wife, Alexis, built Wall Dermatology together with the intention of creating something lasting in the community that raised them. Their family remains central to the practice — and to Dr. Wall's belief that patients should be cared for with the same thoughtfulness, honesty, and attention he would want for his own.

For him, practicing in St. Petersburg is more than returning home. It is an opportunity to contribute to it.

Care The Way He'd Want It For His Own Family.
